   Apply online by submitting the recommendation application form, business plan, and required documents through the K-Startup Portal/GSC website.

   Eligibility and requirements are reviewed, and the startup’s feasibility, innovativeness, and other factors are evaluated.

   Selected recommendation applicants are notified by mobile text and email and issued a recommendation letter.

   The selected applicant visits the competent Immigration Service office in Korea or Korean embassy/consulate overseas and submits visa application documents with the recommendation letter.
5. 5
   The Special Visa is issued after visa screening.
